California Paws Rescue Bullterrier Support

We are no longer taking in Owner Surrenders. We understand, there are certain situations where an owner may feel they want to surrender their dog to a rescue or a shelter, because of issues, maybe with another dog living in the houseor maybe somebody doesn’t have enough time to spend with them. Whatever your situation, surrendering your dog to a rescue or a shelter is not an answer. Shelter or a rescue environment creates confusion and a lot of mental deterioration and anguish. It is very hard for a dog coming from a Home environment to a Shelter environment.

It is better to be able to keep your dog in your home even if crated. Better to try to rehome the dog yourself and be proactive. If you are having issues with your Bullterrier, we have provided some resources, social media groups that you may want to join to get answers to those questions that you have.
